In all, the Bexar County DA has accepted more than 1,400 legal complaints from payday lenders since 2009 totaling almost $373,000, in line with data from the DA's office obtained by the Observer.
The Comparability Rate relies on an unsecured private loan of $2,500 for a term of 2 years.
